How to order
To place an order in our shop:
1. Put the item you require in the shopping basket.
- 2. Enter your delivery and payment information.
- 3. Enter your e-mail address so that we can send you an e-mail about your right to return goods.
- 4. The last step is to check that your entries are correct.
5. Click on the "Place order!" button to finish.
You are submitting a binding offer when you complete the online order process, giving all of the information required there and click on the "Place order" button in the last order step.

Bulky products
Upon request, we deliver large-size or bulky products, the customer taking over the forwarding expenses. Here is a list of these products with the respective freight costs.
Ordering without risk!
We are so thoroughly convinced of the quality of our products that you can return almost any of them within a fortnight. The only exception are products bearing the child's name as well as DVDs, CDs, CD-ROMs and similar articles, if the seal has been removed.
The purchase contract is achieved, when we accept your order by delivery of the goods resp. by an information about delivery. The draft agreement is not saved in our database and can therefore not be requested after finishing your order. Please print your order data right after sending.
Minimum order value
There's no minimum order value at JAKO-O for countries within the EU (except for recommend a friend). You can by credit card, PayPal, prepayment or direct debit!
If you order from a country outside of the European Union, the minimum order value is € 200,00 net (packaging not include).
