How to pay
We offer the following methods of payment
By Credit Card:
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa.
Of course we will debit your account with the invoiced amount only after dispatch of your products. After forwarding your order type in your credit-card number directly in the online-forum of our partner Computop, the leading provider for save online credit-card transactions. Your data will not be saved in our system. Therefore you should indicate your credit card number for each new purchase order.
JAKO-O is committed to protecting your privacy. The secure server software SSL we use encrypts the personal data you input such as name, address, credit card number, etc., ensuring safe transfer of these sensitive data on the internet.
Only the authorized Computop-server can decode your data. During transfer unauthorised persons trying to intercept data cannot read the information.
When returning products we will credit your credit card account with the amount paid.
By PayPal:
PayPal is a quick, easy and safe way to pay online! Payments in Euros are free. And, because PayPal payments reach the seller quickly, the goods can be sent immediately and you will normally receive them sooner. Important: With PayPal, you pay the entire shopping basket amount immediately. Please decide whether you want to remove individual items with longer delivery times from the shopping basket in the next shopping basket step.

By advance remittance:
If you do not own any of the above credit cards, you can alternatively pay by advance remittance (fees may apply).
You can transfer your invoice amount in EURO to the following accounts in advance.

By direct debit:
Is only possible for countries within the EU.
We enter debits only against German accounts of course, the invoiced amount becomes due only on dispatch of the products ordered.
If the given debit is not possible the bank charges us a fee. Please be appreciative of charging this fee on your bill.

Prices
Our prices are valid until 31.01.2012.
After that date all previous prices become invalid.
Our prices contain the legal VAT of the respective country.
VAT currently applicable in Germany shall not be collected for consignments outside of the EU. Net prices can only be seen in basket step 5, before the order is sent.
Errors excepted.
We supply top-quality products and charge fair prices, as this is the only way for us to safeguard our quality level in the long run. Therefore we cannot grant any cash discounts or special rebates. An exception are discounts for collective orders and exceptional families as well as special rebates which may be offered from time to time. These discounts are valid for our complete product range except furniture, seminars, vouchers and books. Books also comprise sheets of music, cartographic items, certain CDs and e-books as well as combined products with one of the above-mentioned products being the main subject.
