How we deliver
Our deliveries
Postage and packaging:
Our charges for postage and careful packaging of your goods are as follows:
7,50 EUR for Belgium, France, Italy, Denmark, UK, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
12,50 EUR for Czech Republik, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, mainland Spain, Sweden, Romania, Bulgaria.
50,00 EUR for countries outside of the European Union
You can have the parcel sent to any address you wish in your country.
We do not deliver to the the following countries.
For the time being, you will receive the invoice and e-mail confirmation!
By parcel service:
Within 2 weeks, if we have all articles in stock.
Your order from a country outside of the EU, will be sent when all of the items ordered are in stock. Note the delivery status of the product.
Upon request, we deliver large-size or bulky products, the customer taking over the forwarding expenses. Here is a list of these products with the respective freight costs.
Delivery by carrier takes about 4 weeks.
Before Christmas, Easter or in the holiday season deliveries may take slightly longer. Please place your order in good time.
Delivery address
If you are out working or not at home for any other reason, we will of course deliver your parcel to any other address you give us in the same country.
If you want the delivery to be a gift parcel, please indicate this on your purchase order. We will deliver the goods to the recipient's address indicated, sending the invoice to you.
Return privilege
Upon receipt of our parcel, you have a fortnight for checking the products and convincing yourself of their quality. You may then return any article you do not wish to keep. The only exceptions are articles bearing the child's name as well as CDs, CD-ROMs, DVDs and similar articles, if the seal has been removed.
It is sufficient if you return the goods within 14 days or inform us in writing of your intention. After a fortnight the purchase becomes effective.
Please prepay the postage on the return parcel. In the event of defective products we will reimburse you with the postage paid.

If a return by mail is not possible, you can inform us in writing about your return-wish. Please observe the time limit prescribed.
Of course we are interested to learn why you are returning goods to us. Kindly indicate the reasons on the return slip.
