At JAKO-O, you purchase on approval, i.e. you may return delivered merchandise without giving any reasons within 14 days. Exceptions are unsealed CDs, CD-ROM’s and DVDs as well as custom-made items personalized with name. The purchase contract will become binding upon receipt of the merchandise on your approval, however, at the latest after expiration of this 14-day deadline for the return of goods. Sending back the merchandise in due time is sufficient. The easiest way is to use the original packaging. However, every time goods are returned there are associated transport risks and costs, and these costs have to be paid by you!

In case of deliveries by a forwarding agent, you may also notify us in writing (by fax, letter or e-mail) of your wish to return the merchandise before the expiration of the set deadline. Of course, we would like to know, why you return the items. Therefore, you may tell us your reasons on the return sheet.
Consequences of a Return:
During your 14-day right to return period, you may inspect and try on the items – just like in a store. If the merchandise has been impaired beyond such inspection, we may request compensation for lost value. You can avoid this by refraining from using the merchandise like an owner and from doing anything that may reduce its value. We are convinced that you will handle your right to return responsibly.
Attention: If you order the same item in another colour or size after a return, this is considered a new order and new postage charges will incur thereby.
Warranty:
The statutory warranty is 2 years. In case of problems, our customer service centre will help you with words and deeds!
