The practical application in daily life takes centre stage! Then we examine if the manufacturer is complying with the statutory guidelines, in order to limit any health hazards. This is a must.
This applies to all items: As long as supplies last! In case of supply problems, we will try to get an equivalent replacement. We cannot avoid deviations in shape, colour or equipment at all times.

Your data is protected by us. We process and use personal data for order processing, maintaining customer relations and for our advertising appeals. In this context, we forward the data also to third parties, to the extent required, e.g. to deliverers.
In order to assess creditworthiness, the data required for this purpose is forwarded to an economic information service if necessary.

Our main catalogue is published in August/September, the spring/summer catalogue in February.
If you cannot find an item (from old catalogues), then just ask about it.
Catalogues are in German and are currently only dispatched within the EU.
Therefore, all consumers are legally obligated to turn them in at a collection point of their community or at a store. This provides for an environmentally sound disposal of batteries! We also take back your used batteries.
Batteries containing contaminants are labelled with this sign and with chemical symbols (Pb for lead, Cd for cadmium, Hg for mercury).
Electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of via the household rubbish.
Consumers can turn in their electrical devices free of charge at one of the community’s collection points.
